Last month, Dr. Riad Bacho, our Head of Pediatric Department, attended the Congress of the Mediterranean Societies of Pediatric Dentistry in Istanbul, Turkey. Keynote speakers, including Professor Alastair J. Sloan and Professor Monty Duggal, lectured extensively on dental pulp stem cells, dental tissue repair, tooth defects and all restorative options.
Our Head of Orthodontic department, Dr. Hani Hasbini, attended the "Journées de l'Orthodontie", prepared by the French Federation of Orthodontists in Paris. During this conference, heads of orthodontic societies gather to discuss vital topics and answer widely asked public questions.
During 3, 4 and 5 November, our Head of Orthodontic Department, Dr. Hani Hasbini, attended the 6th WSLO Congress on Lingual Braces in Korea.
The congress reflected the growing interest in lingual orthodontics among the leading orthodontists in the world. In addition to the conventional fixed appliances, recent advances, including CAD/CAM systems for the fabrication of appliances, various self-ligating lingual brackets and combined use of skeletal anchorage devices, were discussed.
On the 31st of October and the 1st of November, our orthodontic team attended the annual meeting of the Lebanese Orthodontic Society in order to stay updated with the latest news and techniques of braces that we could serve you with.
